hi leute! böse stimmen behaupten, ich hätte windoof kurzfristig auf meinem rechner ausprobiert … wo, was, wann, wie!??? ICH !??? niemals … oder doch? nun ja, ich hatte ja probleme mit dem einen oder anderen feature von intrepid, wie zum beispiel das laaaaaaaaangsame resume und die troubles mit der grafikkarte … alles gelöst - einfach mal die 64-bit version von intrepid installiert, und /usr/share/hal/fdi/information/10freedesktop/20-video-quirk-pm-lenovo.fdi geändert auf: <match key=“system.hardware.product” prefix_outof=“6457BBG”> truefalsetruetrue … und alles rennt bussi fein!...

hello everybody! again some probs after updating my machine. haven’t checked the suspend, so my lenovo t61p 6457BBG with the nvidia quadro NVS 140M freezed after waking up from suspend. here i’ve already found the solution, but haven’t applied it yet: After trying out all these recipes on my 6457CTO waking up from suspend still did not work. hi folks! after a normal apt-get update && apt-get upgrade here at my lenovo T61p i was a little bit annoyed, because the back button for browsing doesn’t worked anymore. so, i have had to look after this xkb rules again … i remembered that there was a wiki for my laptop. there i found this: To enable the back, forward, and the menu keys you’ll need to teach XKB what they are....

hallo leute! wie ihr lesen konntet, und vielleicht in natura mitbekommen habt, werde ich mich von meiner alten acer mühle verabschieden. liebes travelmate 634i von acer, du hast gute dienste geleistet, aber es die zeit gekommen nerven zu sparen … damit kommt eine große entscheidung auf mich zu … welches notebook kommt als nachfolgemodell in frage? es muß der preis stimmen - da gibt es so grenzen die derzeit auf gar keinen fall überschritten werden können - und es muß auf jeden fall eine CPU drinnen sein die VT unterstützt....
